Please read these terms carefully before using our rental services.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of rental services provided by Kit on Rent Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operating from 2nd Floor, Futech Tower, Lilly Chowk, Purena, Main Rd, Mahaveer Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001, India. By submitting a booking or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent equipment from us. A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or Passport) is required before any equipment is delivered. Providing false identification is grounds for cancellation and legal action.

3. Booking Process

Bookings are made through our online form. Submitting a booking request does not confirm your booking. Confirmation occurs only after our team contacts you by phone and payment is completed. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Payment

Rental fees are payable via UPI or online payment gateway, as communicated by our team at the time of booking confirmation. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees and are subject to change. Additional charges include a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 and a delivery charge of ₹500 per delivery.

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded after the returned equipment is inspected and verified to be in acceptable condition. Costs of repairing or replacing damaged equipment will be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the renter is liable for the remaining balance.

6. Renter's Responsibilities

  • The renter is responsible for the rented equipment from the time of delivery until collection by our team.
  • Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose — playing cricket.
  • The renter must not sub-let, lend, or transfer the rented equipment to any third party.
  • Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition it was received, subject to normal wear and tear.
  • The renter must inform us immediately in case of theft or loss of equipment.

7. Damage Policy

Normal wear and tear from lawful cricket use is acceptable and will not be charged. Significant damage, including but not limited to cracked bats, broken helmet grills, torn pads, or missing items, will be assessed and costs deducted from the security deposit. We will inform you of any deductions before processing the refund.

8. Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of rented equipment. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure equipment is used safely and appropriately. We do not guarantee that any particular item will be available at all times.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
